Platform Utilization &
Service Agreement
When you place pedidos de alimentación saludable through our platform, you are entering into a binding agreement with HealthyMeal. You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in our delivery zones within Spain to create an account.
Account Accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Any activity performed under your credentials is your responsibility. Ensure your delivery address and contact information are current to avoid service disruptions.
Service Description
HealthyMeal provides comidas completas con recuento de calorías. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our nutritional labeling, slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our preparation and seasonal ingredient sizing.

Freshness Integrity
Transit Responsibility
Our menú dietético a domicilio is transported in temperature-controlled environments. Once the delivery is completed at the specified address, the risk of loss or spoilage passes to the customer. It is essential that meals are refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
Delivery Windows
We pride ourselves on punctuality. However, external factors such as weather or traffic in Santiago de Compostela and surrounding areas may occasionally delay transit. We do not provide compensation for delays outside of our reasonable control.
Unattended Deliveries
If you are not present during the delivery window, our couriers will follow the "safe place" instructions provided in your account. HealthyMeal is not liable for theft or degradation of food quality if left unattended per your request.
